Weight management, compared the same way.
The products people compare while managing weight — including alongside a prescription — with the same structured label, value, and testing data used everywhere else on Evellan.
GLP-1 context
Where GLP-1 medications fit — and where they do not
Many people shopping this shelf are already working with a prescriber. This section exists so the line between a prescription medication and a dietary supplement is unmistakable on our side of it.
Prescription medications, not supplements
GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescription drugs. They are prescribed, dosed, and monitored by a licensed clinician. Evellan does not sell, supply, source, or advise on them, and never will.
“GLP-1 support” products are supplements
Products marketed as natural GLP-1 boosters, activators, or alternatives are dietary supplements. We list them as supplements with their full ingredient panel visible, and we do not repeat marketing language that implies they work like a prescription medication.
Labels shown in full, either way
Whatever a product calls itself, the shelf shows the same structured data: ingredients and amounts per serving, format, servings per container, cost per serving, third-party testing, and certifications.
Nutritionists & dietitians
A directory of credentialed professionals
Coming soonWe are building a directory of registered dietitians and credentialed nutrition professionals you can contact directly. It is not open yet. Until it is, here is what the credentials on it will mean — the part that is hardest to check for yourself.
- RD / RDN
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
A credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration requiring an accredited degree, supervised practice, a national exam, and continuing education. Most US states also license dietitians (often written LD or LDN).
- CNS
Certified Nutrition Specialist
A credential from the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists requiring a graduate degree in nutrition, supervised practice hours, and a national exam.
- Varies
“Nutritionist” on its own
In many US states the word nutritionist is not restricted, so it can be used without any specific credential. The directory will always show which credential a listing actually holds and who issued it.
How the directory will work
Credential shown on every listing
Credential, issuing body, and state licensure displayed on the card itself rather than buried in a bio.
Filter by how you want to work
Telehealth or in person, insurance accepted, languages spoken, and consultation format.
Independent of the catalog
Listings are never ranked, sorted, or promoted by whether a professional recommends products sold here.
A directory listing is not an endorsement, a referral, or a substitute for care from your own healthcare professional, and Evellan does not supervise the professionals listed.
